She is also certified in cultural management and social entrepreneurship, and follows the GLAM sector and its transformations closely, since her research interests focus on nationalism, material culture, cultural heritage, identity and memory politics. Currently, she works as project manager in Inter Alia – NGO. But in the past, she worked as a researcher and familiarised herself with using open access digital archives and repositories; and gradually, apart from their scientific and educational value, she discovered the creative possibilities offered by the rights to reuse their content. Since then, Revekka takes initiatives and actively participates in various events aiming at the engagement of the public with the expansion and creative reuses of the digital commons. GLAM Hack is such an initiative.
